The 0606 PLCC RGB is a unique addition to QTB's expanding portfolio of RGB LED's. This Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier (PLCC) package is specifically designed to minimize side light leakage and direct more RGB output toward the intended viewing direction. As a result, the 0606 PLCC RGB is 2X to 4X brighter than conventional 0606 chipLED while maintaining the same compact 0606 footprint. This package is available in a black housing for enhanced contrast and definition and in a white housing for maximum optical performance. With the higher and improved luminous intensity, the 0606 PLCC RGB enables designers to extend the use of RGB LEDs into brighter ambient and daylight viewing conditions.
